"Give that kid an apple!"

Aunt Olivia recently yelled at my mommy because she gives me too much junk food! So, mommy finally bought me this little gizmo where we can put fruit inside of the mesh and I can chew all the juices out and not choke! I really like this think and the apple isn't bad either!!!!

A trip to Mimi's house for Aunt Olivia!

Mommy and I made a special trip to Mimi's house on December 5th so that we could see Aunt Olivia off to her schools Christmas Dance! Doesn't my Aunt Olivia look beautiful? My mommy and daddy said I am not allowed to grow up like this!

I spent some time with Mimi (see picture above) while Aunt Olivia got ready. My Mimi loves me so much... I can have anything I want when I visit her! Which brings us to the picture in the top left... I got one of my presents early from Mimi this year... she took me to get pretty diamonds so of course we had to pierce my ears so that I can wear them! Daddy didn't like the idea but he caved and we got it done. I heard daddy talking to Aunt Jane today and he said "I will never tell Jenny but Emmas earrings look really cute on her"!

I had a good first Halloween but I really didn't care for my outfit too much! I was a skunk! I visited my daddy at the fire station before going out to a few places then, I was done with that hat!

HOT TUB!

Ok, I know this is not the best quality picture... we had to take it with daddys cell phone because mommy can't find her camera. ANYWAY! I went hot tubbing for the very first time tonight! I just got my bathing suit on in this picture and we are all about ready to go. I LOVED the hot tub! At first I was a little unsure but them we turned on the lights and one of the bubble blowers and I was so excited! I was not so happy when we had to get out but mommy and daddy didn't want to stay in too long for my first trip! Love to you all! Emma

Shopping With Mimi!

Hello Everyone! I recently got to spend a weekend out with Mimi and she took me to Indianapolis. We got to visit with Aunt Sherry and Uncle Kevin then went out to eat with Aunt Erica and Ron. We went shopping at the mall, above is a picture of me riding in a cart for the very first time without my carseat. Im not sure what the big deal is!!!! While I was with Mimi my mommy and daddy got to sleep and went out for supper for the first time in awhile! We all had a good day but missed each other and were happy to be reunited that night!

Hello Everyone!
I made a long trip this last weekend all the way up to Angola IN (near Fort Wayne) for the Sears Family Reunion and Oma's 70th birthday! I got to meet all of my aunts, uncles, and cousins; even an aunt and cousin from Germany (Oma is from Germany and her family still lives there). I was very good on the drive and behaved like an angel with my family! I met my Aunt Jane finally (she lives in New Mexico) she just couldn't get enough of my cuddles! My cousin Svenja also adores me and played with me every time she got a turn! Between these two I am now very spoiled and have issues with being put down! I liked everyone I met and had a very nice time but now I am pooped! I just cant get enough rest!

My visit this week with Aunt Erica!

I went to visit my Aunt Erica this week up in Mooresville! We had a very good visit and I even taught her how to feed me! I got to meet her kitty cats and I got a new toy! I think I will go vist her more often!
This weekend I am going to meet all of my aunts and uncles on my daddys side of the family up in Angola IN. Mommy says that Angola is pretty far away but I think I will be just fine, I like to sleep when I get in my carseat! I am sure there will be plenty of photos to post when I get home so stay tuned!!!!!

I went to the doctor on Sept. 12; I now weigh 18 pounds 6 ounces and I am 26 7/8 inches long! I got a perfect bill of health and Dr Malone says that Mommy and Daddy are doing a good job for a couple of rookies! In response to the debate of who I look like.... I look just like my Daddy in his baby pictures except I do have my Mommy's eyes! I will tell my Mommy to scan her and Daddy's baby pictures and put them up for everyone to see!
I must go for now; Mommy is getting fussy!

Hello All! I do apologize for not updating this in a long time! We are all doing well! Emma is getting so big so fast! Our house is now full of baby jibber jabber and if you ignore her the house becomes full of screaming! Emma has become VERY demanding! She now has her first 2 teeth (lower/front) therefore she is now experimenting with lots of foods! In some of the pictures she is chewing on celery sticks.... she was enjoying the cold on her gums.... she isn't that far along yet! We recently had our first follow up with the eye doctor (concerning Emmas "lazy" right eye; it seems that her eye is correcting itself and we can rule out corrective surgery!

I am staying at home with Emma; I never returned to work after I had her. I love staying at home with her and wouldn't change this for anything! She melts my heart everytime she looks up with those big brown eyes and giggles! Rob is now teaching a firefighting course at North HS with the Hoosier Hills Career Center; the goal is to educate teens interested in firefighting before they enter "The Real World".

A Visit To Fire Station #4

Mommy only got a few pictures before we left however.... This is my "Uncle" Rick holding me! Then, a picture of my Daddy holding me, and last but certainly not least... I am getting my diaper changed on the back of a fire truck! Mommy says that this is the picture she will be saving to show all of my boyfriends someday! (A side note from Mommy*** This picture will be used for her special senior pics as well, her 16th - 18th - and 21st birthday pics in the paper, and as blackmail for anything else I can think of!). It was a fun trip and I enjoyed seeing all of the guys... next time we will have to get pictures of me with everyone!

Welcome Home Aunt Marissa and Aunt Olivia!

I went with Daddy and Mommy all the way to Louisville, KY to pick up Aunt Marissa and Aunt Olivia from the airport!

There were so many people at the airport and they were all happy to see me! I was nice to everyone but I was really happy when I saw my Aunts coming toward me!!!! Aunt Olivia took this picture of me with her cell phone once we were in the car and heading back to Bloomington. Mommy says this is a "kick butt" picture of me! Personally, I think just about any picture of me is "kick butt"!!!!
